Joy Ballard, 78 of Burneyville, Oklahoma passed away on November 10, 2023. She was born on August 7, 1945 in Elgin, Oklahoma to Melvin Ballard and Eva Marie Nolan. Joy is survived by daughters, Angie Smith and James Barber; Tina Williams and Teddy Richey, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren. Joy was preceded in death by daughter, Vickie White. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Gainesville. At this time no services are scheduled.
