George Edmond Young, 70, of Sherman, Texas was called to his eternal home on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. George was born on March 28, 1952 in Sherman, Texas to C.J and Virginia Estell (Leonard) Young. He is survived by his loving wife, Joan Young of Sherman; children, Thomas Parker and significant other, Gail Robinson, Troy Parker and wife, Melanie; Lori Parker and brother, J.C. Young. George was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service honoring George will be held at Sadler Baptist Church in Sadler at 10:30 AM on SaturdaFebruary 4, 2023.
