Eric Robert Duke Ramsey

Eric Robert Duke Ramsey 43, of Gainesville passed away on November 26th 2025 at home with his mother Marietta Duke and Fiancé Jorie Meek. Memorial will be held Saturday 13th 2025 at 2pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church 305 county road 194 by Pastor Hollace Parsons. Burial will be held on December 15th 2025 at 2pm at Fairview Cemetery. Eric was born on June 27th 1982 to Bobby Glenn Duke and Marrietta Duke. Went to Baptist church. Eric loved working on cars, was a truck driver for many years and worked at the State School and Winstar World Casino. We will miss him so much. Eric is survived by his mother Marrietta Duke and fiancé of 3 years Jorie Meek. He was also survived by his uncles George Truman Cannon and wife Carol Cannon, Larry Joe Cannon and wife Carol Smith, and Rodger Dale Cannon. Eric was preceded in death by his beloved sister Samantha Kay Ramsey, Father Bobby Glenn Duke, Grandfather Billy Joe Cannon, Grandmother Billie Jo Cannon, and Uncle Billy Wayne Cannon.
