He was a lot of peoples’ favorite, son in law, brother in law and my favorite uncle… I have memories when he was first married to Dorothy, how handsome he was in his Army uniform (I was a young girl), how Grandma Reed adored her baby son, when he and Dorothy had a stillborn daughter and me trying to look at the baby and how perfect she was as he lifted me up to see her and how strong he was being even though Dorothy wasn’t able to be at the funeral home. 44 days after my Mom died my Dad’s baby brother, my favorite uncle passed away. I’m so glad he is no longer in pain. ❤️ He was one in a million.
He was the best grandfather my children could have ever asked for. His legacy lives on through them and all of his grandchildren. He was so proud of each and every one of them.
And he never even seemed bothered when I would accidentally back into his parked car from time to time. I truly loved that man and will always be thankful for him.
I have many, many uncles but, Curt was most fun and never minded staying on the beach watching over all the kiddos.
