Scott Allyn Uber

On April 2, 2026, we lost a bright light when Scott Uber, age 59, passed away peacefully in Plano, Texas. He was surrounded by his wife, two sons, daughter, and the love of his family and dear friends. We find comfort knowing he is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.

Scott lived a life full of dedication, kindness, humor, and love. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1988. He found joy in spending time with family, fishing, sharing stories, and caring for the many animals he loved. He will be remembered for his genuine smile and the warmth he brought to everyone around him. Above all, he cherished his family—especially his grandchildren, who were a true blessing in his life.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Cindy; his daughter, Caitlyn; his sons, Preston (Christina) and Devin (Sanaa); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Thalia, Michael, Iliya, and Izaan; his father, Ed (Kim); his brother, Jeff; and his sister, Debby. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline.

A visitation will be held at TJM-Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas, on April 21 from 6:00–8:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest at Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery on April 22 at 2:00 p.m.
