Russell “Rusty” Bean, 69 of Gainesville, Texas passed away on July 2, 2026.  He was born on August 9, 1956, in Pomona, California to Earl Russell Bean and Audrey Parker Bean. Rusty married Kathy Bean on April 27, 1991, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a hard-working man working in manufacturing all of his life. Rusty loved to spend time with his family and enjoyed going camping in his younger years. He enjoyed watching his western shows at home with his family and he was a loving person to everyone. Rusty was of the Baptist faith.

Rusty is survived by his daughter, Audrey Bean; sons, Ervin Bean and Richard Bean; daughter-in-law, Kandy Hernandez; grandson, Adan Hernandez; granddaughter, Adelynn Hernandez; sister Carol Maltby; brother Charles and wife Terry Bushey, sister Earlene and husband Jeff Sarlo; brother Ervin and wife Treasure Bean; brother Michael and wife Annette Bean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by wife, Kathy Bean; parents, Earl Russell Bean and Audrey Bean; grandson, Anthony Michael Bean-Hernandez.

Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, at 2:30 PM at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel 1204 E. California St. Gainesville, TX 76240. There will be a time for visitation before the service starting at 1:30 PM.
