Margaret Ann Clement, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on September 17, 1941, in Muenster, Texas, Marge was the daughter of the late JP and Hazel (Otto) Flusche.

Marge graduated from Muenster High School in the class of 1959.

She was predeceased by her husband, Earl W. Clement, with whom she married on November 8, 1978. Together, Marge and Earl devoted many years to serving their community through their family business, Clement-Keel Funeral Home, before retiring.

Her love for genealogy connected her to her roots, while her talent for decorating, especially during the Christmas season, brought warmth and joy to every room she touched. She was an avid fan of Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Marge was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church in Lindsay, where she helped in the church office for some time after her retirement.

Marge leaves behind a loving family who adored her dearly: her children, Col. Christopher Martin (Rtd) and wife Tatiana of Argyle, TX, David Martin of Heath, TX, Billy Martin and wife Sheila of Silverton, OR, and Dale Martin of Lindsay; her cherished grandchildren Ryan Martin and wife Kristen, Nolan Martin and wife Erin, Randall Martin and wife Dani, Phillip Martin and wife Ashley, Katherine Martin, Samantha Martin, Pamela Oatney and husband Randy, Joe Martin and wife Jocelyn, Elizabeth Fleshman and husband Daniel, Garrett Martin, Jillian Martin, Alexa Martin, and Ava Martin; and 16 great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her later years.

Marge is also survived by her siblings, Clara Hermes, Dave Flusche and wife Wanda, Tom Flusche and wife Judy, Harold Flusche and wife Jeannine, Jack Flusche and wife Linda, and Sue Fisher and husband Herbie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will forever cherish her memory.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband, brothers Herbie, Bill, and Don Flusche, brother-in-laws Julius Hermes and Tom Trachta, sister-in-law Dorma Flusche, and daughter-in-laws Cathy Martin and Carolyn Martin.

A celebration of Marge’s life will be held at 10:00 AM on April 13, 2026, at St. Peters Catholic Church in Lindsay, Texas. A rosary will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 12 at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home (formerly known as Clement-Keel) in Gainesville.
